stick 2 fingers in... nails facing down... your finger curl a little.. go about 2-3 inches in... it's a rough patch. be gentle on it... rub it softly.
it's harder for the girl to find it themselves actually because it's hard for girls to have their finger curl up when they lie down (you can sit up and try though), but with a partner, it should be easier.
