朗、傅家俊、余翠怡、胡兆康、杜凱琹等，藉着他們從成長地香港向國際進發的奮鬥故事，帶出港人不屈不撓、勇往直前的積極工作、學習、生活態度。此外，一眾青少年

運動員身為香港體壇未來棟樑，亦會暢談將來志向，接棒承傳自強不息的香港精神。
