節目主持人楊立門曾在政府工作三十多年，歷任多個決策局及部門，見證香港的發展。他在節目中與各集嘉賓分享經驗及對香港的情懷。

兩位桌球手大談自己如何踏上全職運動員之路、並分享他們如何面對事業低潮，以及探討我們該如何在港普及桌球運動。
