例如：Brothel是「妓院」，
Pimp是「扯皮條/龜公」或妓院的男主持人，例子：Peter is a convicted pimp 是「彼德是個已判罪的扯皮條」。
Bawd是「龜婆」，Whore是「妓女」、美式是Hooker，Pusher是「販毒者」，Bouncer是「睇場」、「打手」，Lookout是「天文台」、「睇水」。
至於粗鄙語Piss off是「躝開」、「滾開」，Cheeky 是「吋」的意思。
例如： Don’t be so cheeky是「不要這麼吋？」，Cocky 是「扮嘢」的意思。
例如：This cocky young woman是「這個扮嘢的年青女人」。
