Ok, I have found this from somewhere else and it works.
Please go to the following link and download the save file for all CGs: http://www.rayfile.com/files/3cdc1002-b6d0-11dd-a977-0014221b798a/

There are 2 files in it

1. DISCIPCF.SAW
Copy and paste it under C:\Windows\

2.Discipline.exe
Obviously, it's a crack file.

Load game and enjoy!
