which was my bad, totally my fault
Didn't know how to turn down a girl and lasted for 1 year

Being a graduate from boy secondary school, it's pretty difficult for me to deal with girls

Maybe you are not ready for that.
Don't rush.  When you feel it is the best timing to know a girl, you will.  Don't worry.
