Japanese = Seafood mostly ( delicious one )
Japanese food has a lot of variety.
I can choose food without shrimp easily.
Like Teppannyaki 鉄板焼き(Crab seed salad, fried Ginndara fish, fried scallop, fried Kobe 神戸牛柳, Lobster, then use Lobster head to make congee or soup, very delicious, then fried rice, then ice cream dessert.....) <-- see, no shrimp at all.
Or, I can eat Japanese style Fried meat (fried chicken, pork or steak)......... or 串焼(Mushroom, Vegetables, meat.....)
I like Japanese style steam egg, 霜降り牛,揚げだし豆腐, Sashimi..... still have a lot of food that I like........
