Just take out the effect of the applied image filter (馬賽克) will be OK, I think the process is sth like add one reverse process image filter.

i heard that when i was in HS too......but somebody told us if we use that kinda decoding machine......the censored part will be uncensor.....but the uncensor will be censored......so what u gonna ...

Theoretically yes

They use a mathematical algorithm to transform the pixels around into a bigger "block".
If you know the algorithm and reversely apply on it, you can get what you want but for sure, there will be information lost due to the transformation

Does it have any real product? I don't know
