but if you wanna take it to a serious level and dance like a pro, ewww it's possible like my teacher, she is 35 (approx.) and performs spectular spins and turns on the pole but the difference is she started to dance since 10 =.=

that would be my home key ... cause i keep them at home (somewhere)
