Yeah.
My little brother is doing gym/running all the way
and lost about 20 lbs in 1 year.

He is having 155 lbs now, was 175 lbs but 183cm.

Pretty quiet here

I am still doing like at least 8 hours ping pong exercise per week. Occasionally 30 mins - 1 hr run per week. Still....

I have even stopped eating my favourite Ice cream
I have sacrificed so much  ...
u should increase the time of running, shuold run 3-4 times a week or every day :smile_38: :smile_38: n cut your meal to half, avoid fried food, high fat food:smile_38:
