bit i used to be a long distance runner in HS days so i kind of learnt bits and pieces back then
this time, like the past few years, i join it for fun and charity purposes so time is never my concern
anyway you are so sweet and care taking  

BTW, have you resumed your running exercise yet?
gosh nearly dozed off ... eyelids keeps falling on me

How long have you run in HS?
In my HS, the longest path is only 1.5km...
The most I have run is 10k too...never exceed that limit...physically and psychologically

Haven't run for a week due to interviews problem but used to run 3 times a week
I haven't run any 10k in HK yet.

Probably run later so but HK is crazily hot now
