intact .. it is not try to lose weight ..
it is just try to let the body recover ..

the 3 days plan is simple ..
just dont eat anything ...

no..since no one iz here..i'll be honest..
i hv discussed this w/ many ppl..n i arrived a the conclusion that...apperance iz not evything..but certainly makes alot things easier..

true, i agree, but the point is, u r borned to be like tat, but u should gald tat u hv a average look,somebody really looks wroser than u? then wat can they do??cry? i think the most importnat u r confidence n upgrade yourself to fill your "average look" make u feel better or superior.:smile_35:
