the dr was surprised to find that out from the MRI
i keep going back for therapy right now
it's bothering me coz when the weather gets cold, the pain grows... more like 風濕...
getting old
the skiing last time get it worse
you should watch out for your knee as well

Everything is caused by overweight.
I blame it.

My right knee "cross tendon" was injured 3 years ago and still hasn't fully recovered.
Losing weight should be the only solution

i wonder what is the correct road for US..

retreating from middle east or dumping more money to save the auto makers?
what about more food stamps for those who don't work
or higher tax for those who work their butt out to make $250k a year?
