no, eating less food means you intake less calories.
which can help lose weight too, of course.
your metabolism is how fast your body burn those calories.
so people naturally have high metabolism (those who eat a lot and not gain weight, etc)...
some food you can eat to speed up your matabolism, chilly pepper, green tea, etc.. you can look it up online. ;p
