I dont' know, I never really make very much effort to lose weight, the only time in my life I recalled actually losing quite a bit of weight was when I was the summer of gr. 9... I was obsessed with DDR (it was the new thing then. hah), and I did 3-8 hrs of ddr a day... and after a few weeks, I went from 115 - 105lb. >.>
