OK, as your height set 5+ kg a target to cut down. That can also improve your fat-muscle ratio

I am cutting a pineapple!  I like to cut pineapple slowly, remove every 'nail' out by myself.

At night time, as I am working, sometimes I online to this forum / to chat.
Sometimes, I won't login as I need to concentrate on my work.  Depends.
