Unfortunately, this world is talking about evidence ................. This is the key reason I dress up very conservative when I go to work. I feel very insecure.

undoubtedly solid proof is needed if a formal complaint is lodged ... however you should at least bring the HR personnel into attention of your situation just in case

photos? your photo? if yes, you can sue this damn person immediately for the use of your image(s) without proper permission

well how do you know all these? have you seen them using webcam / cameras and taking improper photos in office? if yes, why don't you shout at them on the spot?

We ( a few female staff ) guested one of the female staff photos posted in a web site but these photos highly focused on her back and leg ....... She discussed with HR Manager but unable to proof these photo is her.
