To be honest, he has no problem with his bladder for sure.

The kidney problem is in Chinese medical view.

When people are having the problem as 25 has now, the chinese medical doctor would say
"肝疲腎虛, 水火不濟"
His kidney.... it's time for him to find a replacement before a complete failure.
