Well, I can't say I know 25 that well.
He is hiding himself too deep.
What you see 25 here should not be the real 25, I bet.

my concern is, if we introduce the system, it's hard for newbies to blend in
at least i find it difficult to join those "structured group" as Chinese love to repel  "outsiders" - this is how i felt at least

I dont' know 25 well enough to know which kind of person he exactly is, just feel the one in discuss is not the real him. LOL
