is that people tend to form some kind of organization and call each other a particular role like CEO, secretary of recreation activities and so on

Why do they do that? is it a human behavior that we need to know what position we have in a community. be it virtual or not?

All for fun, of course, then have a lot of mother, brothers relationship.

I guess this kind of thing, just for fun, at least in my community here. Not really to show off some kind of superior feeling.

But true that, people always want to find a leader, maybe that's the CEO in your term.

However, I did meet 2 girls from ICQ in face to face, who was my friend's friend and I didn't know them before.
Recalling one added me in ICQ was to ask for homework help. LOL

people feel more affiliated to the group and hence have a commitment (if you'd say) to "contribute" (by participating actively)
i m not even thinking about superiority but i think it's a good point
human tends to work out a leader figure to take charge

that said, my post fails because we never have that structure?
what would be more suitable if we want to put one in place?
like you and Al being the green head apprentice and 25 being the rabbi?

Greenhead doesn't have all the mentioned meaning, no commitment, no contribution and of course no superiority.

But, i guess mostly , the names, are for closer relationship, like a family, mom.
