I dont know the details but it's like writting something insightful ( like stock market )/sentimental (like novels, articles) /informative ( anything that popular, can be  cooking, financial thing), people may subscribe your webpage. Whenever they read your blog, google ad is loaded and google will pay you very little amount of money.

But if many many people read your blog, the sum is pretty good. XD
