um.....i ve been to quite a lot of job interviews, but honestly, not many ppl were asking for my transcript. i mean...... if u r what they r looking for, i guess they won't just drop u out cos u haven't finish ur PhD.....

dun think tat cert would affect much ... it all hinges on ur interview performance on the spot
so word of advice on interviews
pretend u can do everything they ask ... key word: pretend
the point is to get the job first, get fired afterwards if u cant handle it
