i guess when its time to think of the career one should take caution and think the long term
i dun think ppl wanna change jobs all the time or regret after spending 20 yrs or more in the wrong position :smile_39:

the outsourcing companies do need ppl
the intake of candidates is limited tho due to the cost reduction
and as long as one can get into the top (outsourcing / specialized) firms acc jobs are once again diehard career with limited career path / prospect
