I don't think everyone online lies.. but I don't doubt some people lie.  

One of my first close net-friend, 
I met "him" when I was 12... 12 years ago ... "He" was 6 years older than me, from singapore... and we've always been good friends... throughout the years, we still talk on the phone, and stuff... 

In the last 3 or 4 years, I finally found out that "he" is actually a lesbian crossdresser.  ~.~  She lied to me for 8-9 years. :smile_19:  But I supposed I can understand at her point of view.

I didn't have any internet cheat case. Or at least, I have some net friends but never try to meet them in real life, can't prove that.

few years ago, i like to chat with a person who is care n mature, i always told my things to him/her,but i dunno wat gender is she/he........finally she/he lied to us for some reasons, i can't accepted n very sad.

Hmm.  Actually I don't really feel cheated, because I can understand.

I was less open minded about people's sexuality when i was 12, or even a few years older, so had she told me earlier, i probably would had understand.

Besides, she really does crossdress in real life too, so in a way, she probably does want to fantasize her gender online as something else.  

We're still good friends, she still calls me from Singapore once in awhile and we chat and catch up.
