my friend has the same B-Day !!!!

I've arrange a room at 14/F, Ashley Road, they charge me $280 for man, $220 for lady, form 9-4:30, a K-room which can have 25 ppl!!!
I try to ask the manager to "free" my birthday friend, but the manager say he could only free the B-Day Cake and 香檳!!!

Is that fair enough??
