I was used to play with statistics for a long time.
mostly correlation, linear regression and some chi-square analysis

We can list out a lot of factors of a beauty and give weighting.
Then gives score of each factor.

that being said. stat is also my archenemy. i was forced to take it last term as my core too, and barely passed.

there's a book value and a market value.
so yes. u would discount it if it's not natural.
