It was 23 pounds but with expected man-loss
It should be around 22 pounds now

Probably I still don't know how to use the power
The coach said my elbow has to be closed to my head for more power but I can't do that easily

With my TT habbit, I usually turn my waist a lot and the coach said I overturn =.=
