try the one i told u b4, my frd hv R柴 b4, then rub it to his ankle everynite, no more swell n shrink back to normal, n use ice to make your muscle expand n warm, then remove the ice let your feet cool down, n do it again later:smile_38:

haha, no need, theres has 3M warm/cold jelly in WATSON or manning, it is abt $8x? u juz put it in the freeze, it become icy pack, when u finish(it smelt), then put it back, its reuseable:smile_40:
