well a lot of reasons. I was suppose to get married with a long time gf... she was from hk..

and then when we moved back together things didn't work out.. the marriage was off the hook 3 months prior the planned date.

and my parents have always lived in hong kong... it would be nice to spend some time with them...

those were the reasons.
