Different people have different lifestyle......  You are 'unlucky' to have this one...  Just a note of cautious...  There's a difference between a SP and as a toy... Hopefully not the latter......

Another point, there is no obligation between SP, however, ignoring is the way to go....  Could you be 'over' obsession?
