Your job is very busy or you don't want to sleep that much?
7 hours is average i guess

like 11:30pm to 6:30am if you need to wake up early

I am too old now. I need more rest than school time. I am sleepy now but I went to bed last night at 12:40pm

7 hours, maybe I work late last night (11pm), So I feel tired today.
