some can write good english on the net but some .....

some ppl's english are not readable even they dare to write,

how dare they do so , not understandable, hard to understand

Usually, the ppl with good english can pick the most suitable words to convey meaning in their writing

ppl with good language are very good at choosing words

it's same in chinese & english
