we not recommended ppl to do exercise when they not feeling well. Your case seems was close to have problem la.

I am used to that. I know my limit, as far as I takes 1-2 panadol, it's fine.

I started having headache during/after exercises since 15 when I had running at that time

Probably don't have a tumor in brain as I am still alive for another 12 years LOL

I guess all of my clothings including undies were bought by mom until year 2 in university LOL
