No working pressure at all ( pick the right advisor is crucial XD )
No office hours at all ( I used to get back to work around 1pm )
Unlimited holidays as far as your boss is not around , we used to go other places to play during weekdays.
Unlimited campus resources, like free DVD, free gym, free parking, etc
