For plain tee, i like those they have in north america, like Hanes. they tend to be thicker and longer.

i've learnt that dehydration causes headache... cuz i was reading up on hang over from alcohol the other day.
alcohol consumption forms acetic acid within u or seomthing... then that drains water from your brain, leading to dehydration (and hangover headaches)
