You know, I have not much experience in dealing with another gender in this world, except my mom who is not troublesome XD

Honestly, don't want to start a fight but I want to say
In general, I think guys' ability is better in general.
I don't know why in the past, now, having emotional instability may be the reason.

i do agree that
most women including myself is not emtionally stable
i do agree with you that there's no truly a fair world
but i do admit that there are good female in the corporate world... and the number is increasing

Ya, perhaps I am in science world, that's why I have this conclusion
Guys and girls have different strength.
Rather than emotion instablility, I think women also spending more time and attention on family than men.
