I can accelerate under my control
Problem is to keep the speed
Your legs will keep telling you to slow down
I can't keep that long unless I am tailing someone, some target/aim for me to follow
It's like running in competition
If you run with others, or you run along. The result with others is always better...at least it is the case to me.
