2.) Different people have differnt standard. For me, most of them (c9) are far below standard....
3.) The place for the "doing" transaction is really dirty....yes, really dirty.
4.) Beware of policwomen....only wait until they "open the mouth" to ask you, otherwise, don't take the initiation to ask first....play safe.
