Very fast hand...
I say to avoid the money being changed. Use your cell phone to take a picture of the 100 dollars bill in front of the driver...(make sure the number appear on the picture), if the driver return the fake money...check the number against the picture...if they don't match, tell the driver you will call police....hopefully, the driver will give up.
