You may want to get this breakup as a catalyst to speed up your change
Without change and blaming yourself being not good enough, is not good.
Have to get yourself out of the negative energy thought and think positively

well .. I am better for tpying .. more things will be hear from me ..
but while I am in front of girls .. I will totally quiet ..

You should explore yourself more with girls
Like, taking some interest class/night school etc for starting a normal social life
