OMG, me too
Especially in high temperature...

Whenever I play some vigorous exercise like basketball, I will have headache afterward.
I sometimes even threw up due to that.

same here
that's why i can do swimming but not running
i just can't stand the wind

but the sad part is... i don't look like 弱不襟風 at all:smile_13: :smile_13: :smile_13:

may be try swimming or working your cardio ?? then see if the symptoms still exist?
