Like Sichuen dishes, one in HK is prepared by HK chef...but one in  ...

my cousin showed me this china program that organize all the hd stream video inot different shows and movies (they have everything from the states and mainland, hk, taiwan, japan, everywhere... even those discovery shows... o.o;)

forgot what the program name is.. i should ask her when i see her on msn...

i saw a movie with her from her laptop projected to her 42 inch tv... it looks so good... streamed...  the downside is... the subtitles are only in simplified chinese (i don't know if you can change that... since my cousin has been raised in shanghai from 3-15, she prefers simplified words. o.o;) 

anyone know the software i'm talking about...?

For SiChuen, WuNan one, LA is very good.
My friends said they are pretty "Di Tao"

HK dishes....LA sucks, Vancouver should be similar or a bit better but still can't compare with Di Tao HK dishes in HK
