my parents eat oatmeal everyday too (but not instant)...
very healthy... lower cholesterol and fat percentage, plus fiber. >.>
i can't eat oatmeals (instant ones are ok, but instant ones are not as effective... )
in terms of healthy breakfast, i prefer plain yogurt with honey and tea.
