I think you should know a person better in person. You can't find out the truth or many things in the cyber talk or heard from others. We can't see facial expression, tone, behaviour, etc.

my previous reply was experience talk and i did meet quite a few NF in person and most of them act differently ... some are hypocrites, some are so damn quiet, some are hyperactive, some wow after that i learnt to expect nothing but be open for everything XXXXXXXD

School probably won't employ new grad for F4 or above
You know, CE and AL results are very important to admission and career result
They don't want to risk it

Especially, with new secondary syllabus ( NSS ), things are different and experienced/well-prepared teachers will be for senior form this year
