The problem is
amino acid can be dissolved in water ( same as vit C, etc )
They will be lost easily by urine and can't be stored.

The 30 mins is the time for your body to build the muscle that they need a lot of amino acid =.=

My brother is a member there with 170 per month with 2 years contract and student discount

I don't know, i guess, even with the slim trend in HK, girls are more lazy than guys in terms of exercising ( generally, MM is an exception for sure )
