I guess I have watched that in Youtube

I don't have much memory left but his push up during the lecture.

Haven't read the book. Reading/Watching this kind of things make me feel "heavy" even though it's inspirational. Knowing the theory is fairly okay but practicing those mentioned...is hard :smile_42:
