yeah, i'm too lazy. usually i wait till i'm completely dead before dragging myself to bed. ><"
but whatever i've been doing is working.
oatmeal in the morning. replace all white bread, rice, noodles with whole wheat/grains. (i used to eat only white everything)
if that works, then the key is probalby just to clear the toxin in the body... drink lots of green tea. :p
