well logically speaking, stop exercising and keep eating (healthy or junk) then you should be able to gain massive weight in a short period of time
i'm 177, i'm looking to bulkin up not fatten up like a polo bear before winter. i wanna bulk up because i think i'd look better when wearing a shirt (yeah haha) and to play rugby at a higher level (yeah size does matter after all)

don't know. but i know it's healthy to at least have a bit of protein before/after weights because that's how the muscle repairs itself.
but what you're talking about is probably LOTS of protein... i know some guys do that, but i'm nto sure...

yeah if u stop working out the muscle might turn into fat. to prevent this from happening u will need to condition ur newly built muscle into lean muscle by stop taking poteins, do less weight and more reps

i never starve myself. :p (loves to eat too much)
i eat more dieting than not.
i just replace my meals with very low calories food...
but i have to eat more coz i get hungry faster. :p
but i am trying to stay off sugar... and it's harddd~ ><"
