lol. of course not. just slightly surprised.
but she's the good girl, i'm the bad one.
she's the one who likes to wait 2 months before having sex with the guy (poor guy)...
and this is like... their 4th date.
not to mention she waited 3 dates to let him kiss her. >.>

have protein before you work out, and then have protein afterward?
if you're not doing this already. :p

can't help you. i just want to lose a few more lbs than i'll be happy to go into winter-eating-all-the-crap mode. :p
