and he is probably paying for everything because he feels guilty for hurting you like that and treating you the way he did.  

well, talk to him end of the month before filing the divorce, give hima deadline... he may get more motivated to make a decision one way orthe other if there's a deadline for something.   

he never say YES to the divorce ... in fact i'm going to lodge the paperwork as a sole applicant which takes a bit longer time than if we submit the application together
anyway he gave me the best time i ever had while i was aboard... he did treat me like a real princess until the day i uncovered his infidelity so he never owe me anything

it depends on whose name the property is on... if it's on both their names, then it may be messy yeah... 

but if it's on her name, then nothing to worry about... if it's on his name.. consider it free rent for the time being.

i learnt how good liars guys can be.  it's freaky. ~.~

this guy i had a one night stand with (well, if you dig around, you probably find the story) is married... and i was kind of surprised how he act like the perfect husband at home, pick up the wife to and from work each day.... cook for her, does the housework... treat her like a princess..

but behind her back.. he sleeps around so much.  that really gave me new insight on not trusting people so fully. >_<"

it's a good attitude not to hate that person because bottom line, you had good time with him before

i m amazed with the way you look at things while i think you stay in Aus by yourself?
i went through something and at that time everyone said time will cure - at that point, you just don't really care
but when you look back, yea, time will cure everything, life goes on and it's another good day
